The Communications Coordinator is available to assist with media inquiries. We endeavour to facilitate your requests for interviews with Board members, Senior management, doctors, and staff and will attempt to do so in an efficient and timely manner. Our aim is to offer support in your search for news about the hospital to deliver information in an honest and transparent manner.
The media is asked to contact the Communications Coordinator in order to facilitate:
- Patient condition updates
- Interviews with patients and/or families
- Interviews with physicians, staff, volunteers, and students
- Hospital access
- Audio or video recording, filming or photography on hospital property
Media inquiries during office hours (8 am. To 4pm., Monday to Friday) should be directed to the Communications Coordinator at (705) 267-6331.
After hours, call switchboard at (705) 267-2131 and have the manager on-call paged.
