Heart to Heart:
Sessions for anyone looking for support and/or information on living with angina, hypertension, congestive heart failure or recuperating from a heart attack or heart surgery. It is a great way to meet others with similar needs.
Sessions run weekly for four weeks consecutively and feature a Social Worker, Nurse Practitioner, Pharmacist and Physiotherapist.
Once ten people have signed up, the course is organized for four consecutive Tuesdays 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the ICU Conference Room.
Sessions are free of charge.
Spouses and significant others welcome.
