Each year, teams create well thought out goals and objectives that align with our strategic and quality improvement plan. We measure quality with key performance indicators.
This web page includes a selection if indicators including wait times, infection rates, and patient satisfaction. We post this information because we believe in keeping out community informed and we want to share our successes and opportunities for improvement. The indicators are explained in detail and are regularly updated.
