Patient Services Mail

The Timmins and District Hospital (T&DH) is excited to introduce Patient Mail. This is an opportunity to let your loved ones know you are thinking about them during their hospital stay.

Messages will be delivered between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Tuesday to Thursday ONLY.

Messages that are submitted after 1:00 p.m. will be delivered the next business day.

Our staff take great care to protect your privacy.

Treat your email as if it were a postcard: do not include anything in the message that you would not write on a postcard.

Due to patient confidentiality, we are unable to confirm delivery of any emails. Please be assured that undeliverable email messages will be disposed of securely.
