Please call your surgeon’s office the day before the scheduled surgery to confirm the time. 
You are required to be in the Day Surgery department 2 hours before the scheduled surgery time.
If you are scheduled for 8:00 am, you need to be in Day Surgery for 7:00 am.
No solid food after midnight the night before surgery.
You may have clear fluids (water, apple juice, jell-o, popsicle, broth, black coffee/tea) until 3 hours before surgery time. No milk products
You may take your usual morning medications on the day of surgery unless otherwise instructed by the anesthesiologist.
Do arrange for a responsible adult to drive you to and from the facility on the day of surgery, since you will not be able to leave on your own.
Bring all your medications in their original bottles the morning of surgery.
